Hey Fam,

As a person who spends a good amount of time listening to the news, I can’t tell you how important voting is, that decision is ultimately up to you. But I have a couple of friends on the program who might be able to convince you.

Stefanie Brown James, the Co-Founder of the Collective PAC will join me to talk about some of the candidates that they are excited about for the midterms. Also, a couple of people co-chairing Healthcarevoter.org, a pledge to support healthcare is making its rounds to talk about the importance of voting as well.  I’ll have conversations with former Congresswoman Donna Edwards (D-MD), Anton Gunn, former head of the office of External Affairs at the US Department of Health and Human Services, as well as Elena Hung, Co-Founder of Little Lobbyists, an organization dedicated to helping children fight for health care on Capitol Hill.
