We’ve talked about how women’s reproductive rights have seen major changes in states over the past 10 years, i’ll talk to Corenia Smith, Co-Chair of Our Justice as well as Erin Maye Quade, Advocacy Director with Gender Justice about Doe v. Minnesota, the latest in a line of legislation challenging restrictive abortion laws in the state.
It’s also DC Black Film festival time! I’ll talk to Kevin Sampson, Founder of the festival where he’ll highlight some of the latest thought provoking films starring, directed and produced by people of the African diaspora.
