Hey Family,

Seems like the scope of Robert Mueller’s investigation into this last presidential election just keeps getting bigger and bigger.  He might just end up interviewing everybody in the White House. Clutch my pearls.

Among the many issues that surround our political system in general, one such quandary that has confused many are Donald Trump’s business dealings, tax information and a host of personal ethical controversies.  Questions of whether any of this is legal continuously swirl. As we have seen, this past election blew the can open to the many loopholes that still exist.

On the program, Daniel Weiner, Senior Counsel of the Democracy program at the Brennan Center, will talk about his latest report, Strengthening Presidential Ethics Law, a comprehensive look at the ways in which the laws surrounding Presidential ethics and their code of conduct should be fixed.
