The recent 60 minutes interview with Anderson Cooper and adult film star Stephanie Clifford aka Stormy Daniels has brought NDA’s — Non Disclosure agreements, Forced arbitration, non disparagement clauses and a host of other legal issues to light.

On the program, Karla Gilbride, the Cartwright-Baron staff attorney for Public Justice. She’ll examine the case against Trump, the difference between this agreement and what workers usually sign in the workplace, how hard it is to fight mandatory arbitration provisions that are imposed on workers and how that prevents them from holding companies accountable for their wrongdoing in court.
