This week as black politicos convene for the Annual Legislative Conference known as the Congressional Black Caucus weekend, I thought it would be a great time to talk about Charlene Carruthers new book Unapologetic: A Black, Queer, Feminist Mandate for Radical Movements, as she creates her vision for the millennial guide to black liberation.  Her extensive experience organizing in Chicago coupled with her understanding of the intersectional issues at hand, she’s is poised and ready to take on the future.

Also on the program, Marge Baker, Executive Vice President of Policy and Program at the People For the American Way (PFAW). She’ll give her analysis of the latest with the Kavanaugh hearings.
